Restorative Approach
At Lydgate School, we use a Restorative Approach to reinforce positive behaviour and foster awareness of how others are affected by inappropriate behaviour. This is explained in our Behaviour Policy, and there is also a leaflet below that explains Restorative Approaches in more detail.
