Spelling can sometimes be very tricky as the English language has lots of patterns it uses in order to spell words.
Why not look at the home activities you can do that will help your child learn their spellings.
Don't forget knowing how to spell the words is only half of it - next they need to be able to use them correctly in sentences both written and spoken.
